Yes! You can change the date of your Member Night reservation as long as the following is true:
- It is before the cancellation deadline dictated by your membership level
- There are tickets available for another date
Your transfer deadline is determined by your Show-Score level, as listed below:
Patron members can cancel up to 2 days or 48 hours before the performance
Saver members can cancel up to 3 days or 72 hours before the performance
All other members have up until 4 days or 96 hours before the performance to cancel without penalty.
Steps To Transfer Your Tickets:
1. Go to the "My Orders" page, either by following the link in your email or clicking on the small drop down triangle at the upper right hand corner of the website and clicking "My Orders".
2. Click the "Transfer" button next to the show you'd like to change.
3. The drop-down will populate with performances that have tickets available:
4. Choose the date that you want and click "Transfer".
5. You will see a message confirm "Your reservation has been successfully transferred." You will also receive an email confirming the change.
