In the event of inclement weather or other emergencies, we will only cancel a Social if the show is canceled. If the show is going on, the Social will go on as scheduled. Social tickets will remain non-refundable. If you cannot make the performance, you have the option to nominate someone else to go on your behalf, just email email@example.com to let us know the name and email address of the person and we'll update your order.
If the producers do cancel the show, we'll contact you via email and phone to let you know and your ticket price and fees will be refunded.
For Member Nights, if the show is going on, Member Nights are going on! Late cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
If a Member Night show is cancelled by the producers, our processing fee will be refunded in the form of a Show-Score Credit.
