Show-Score now offers ratings and reviews from verified users—people we’ve confirmed have purchased tickets to the show. These “verified reviews” are marked with a blue checkmark.
At launch, users who buy tickets and review through TodayTix are verified, and we plan to expand this to include other ticket providers and ways for Show-Score members to submit proof of purchase for verification.
Why are we introducing verified ratings and reviews?

For nearly a decade, we’ve worked to make Show-Score a trusted resource for understanding what critics and audiences think of theatre. Building that trust has been a gradual process, and verified reviews are a natural next step. With rising skepticism around online reviews and increasing demand for transparency, we’re simplifying things by ensuring that reviews come from people who have genuinely purchased tickets—offering strong assurance they’ve seen the show they’re rating.
